Donation

Individuals may deduct 30% of the donation from their taxes in accordance with Art. 83, paragraph 1, Italian Legislative Decree 117/2017. Organizations and individuals (as an alternative to the tax deduction) may deduct the donation from their taxable income in accordance with Art. 83, paragraph 2, Italian Legislative Decree 117/2017.
